Customer Preparation & Existing Damage Policy

To ensure the best possible experience and allow us to provide high-quality service, please review the following information before your appointment.

Personal Belongings

Please remove any cash, wallets, purses, firearms, medications, electronics, important documents, and any other personal belongings you do not want moved or handled before our arrival.

While we take great care when servicing your vehicle, JMB Mobile Services is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Storage Compartments

If you would prefer that we do not clean or open your glove box, center console, trunk compartments, or any other storage areas, please let us know before your appointment begins.

Child Safety Seats

If you would like the areas beneath child safety seats cleaned, please remove the seats before our arrival.

For safety reasons, JMB Mobile Services does not remove or reinstall child safety seats.

Vehicle Condition

Please inform us before your appointment if your vehicle contains:

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Heavy staining

  • Mold or mildew

  • Bodily fluids or biohazards

  • Excessive mud or sand

  • Mechanical or electrical issues

  • Loose trim or damaged interior components

 

Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle. Any pricing adjustments will always be discussed before work begins.

​Water & Work Area Requirements

As a mobile detailing service, we require:

​

  • A working outdoor water source.

  • A safe and accessible area to work around the vehicle.

  • Sufficient space to safely open all doors and access the vehicle.

 

If water access is unavailable, please contact us before your appointment to discuss available options.

Existing Vehicle Damage

Before work begins, a visual inspection of the vehicle may be performed.

JMB Mobile Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

​

  • Faded or failing paint

  • Peeling clear coat

  • Rock chips

  • Scratches or dents

  • Torn upholstery

  • Worn leather

  • Loose trim

  • Cracked plastics

  • Stained or damaged carpeting

  • Mechanical or electrical issues

 

Cleaning may reveal damage or wear that existed before the appointment.

Customer Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion of the service before our departure.

If you have any concerns, please let us know immediately so we can address them.

Right to Refuse Service

JMB Mobile Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle presents unsafe working conditions, hazardous materials, or circumstances that could place our staff, equipment, or customers at risk.
